Michael Shah:

Michael Shah is the founder of DelShah Capital, an investment company that acquires, owns, manages and develops special situation U.S. property deals. DelShah also specializes in the purchase and foreclosure of defaulted commercial mortgages. The firm has a portfolio value in excess of $350 million. Through nearly 20 years of operating history, DelShah has acquired a portfolio of over 1,650 multi-family residential units located throughout the five boroughs of New York City as well as certain commercial and multifamily projects in Washington DC. Prior to founding DelShah, Mr. Shah spent almost two years as an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz. Mr. Shah has an A.B. magna cum laude in Chemistry from Harvard University, an M.Sc. in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. Mr. Shah was the recipient of the Fay Diploma in 2003 for graduating first in his class at Harvard Law School.

David Watkins:

David Watkins is Chairman of ReSource Pro LLC. Mr. Watkins has been involved in the insurance industry since 1995 as one of the founding partners of the Distinguished Programs Group which is ReSource Pro’s parent company. Before his involvement in insurance, Mr. Watkins lived in London and had more than 22 years of experience in investment banking, most recently as Director of Equity Capital Markets for Baring Securities and prior to that 19 years with Goldman Sachs as Executive Director and Head of the London Real Estate Department, Eurobond Syndicate Manager, and head of the London Corporate Finance Department. Mr. Watkins is currently also non-executive Chairman of Close Brothers Venture Capital Trust, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Watkins holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

Brian Stratton:

Brian Stratton is CEO of one of the fastest growing NJ-based landscape architecture firms, and he specializes in residential landscape architecture. Having studied in Italy and traveled throughout Europe, he incorporates Old World charm in his designs. Mr. Stratton’s mentor, Roy H. Deboer, is the first licensed Landscape Architect in New Jersey and founded the Landscape Architecture program at Rutgers University. Mr. Stratton graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture. He is also a professional photographer, artist, and sits on several small business Boards.

Joel Assouline:

Joel Assouline is an entrepreneur who has started numerous businesses. Currently, he is a founding partner of the real estate development company A2 Investment Group with offices in Philadelphia and New York City. A2 Investment Group specializes in inner city infill projects and conversions and rehabilitation of industrial building to commercial and residential uses. The latest project under development in Philadelphia is a 3 acre property along the Delaware River front, calling for the conversion of an existing industrial building and the erection of a 34 story residential tower, comprising a total of 400 condo units. In New York the firm recently completed the development of a residential luxury condo building in the Tribeca Neighborhood. Mr. Assouline holds an MBA from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Lausanne in Switzerland, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York. Mr. Assouline is multi lingual and has lived in several countries before becoming a United States Citizen.

Mark Seigel:

Mr. Seigel is the Founder of Crown Capital Management, a value-add investment firm focused on deep value commercial real estate opportunities in Florida. Prior to forming Crown, Mr. Seigel was Vice President at BMD Management Company, a closely held private equity firm that managed assets for a high net worth family. In this capacity, Mr. Seigel was responsible for evaluating and overseeing public and private investments. During his tenure, Mr. Seigel evaluated over 1,000 potential commercial real estate investments and loan proposals, and closed on over $600 million of transactions. Mr. Seigel was also active in the management and oversight of more than 40 properties. Through the family office’s 100% ownership in Century Bank, a $1 billion bank based in Sarasota, Mr. Seigel foreclosed upon and restructured in excess of $475 million of distressed real estate assets. Mr. Seigel started his career with TM Capital, a boutique investment bank focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Seigel earned his B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Finance, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jayson Lemberg:

Mr. Lemberg is Co-Founder of Pioneer Acquisitions, a real estate acquisition firm based in Manhattan that targets value-add opportunities on the east coast and in the mid-west. Prior to founding Pioneer, Mr. Lemberg was Vice President at Thor Equities, a top real estate investment firm in New York City. At Thor, he was responsible for identifying acquisition/development opportunities primarily in the New York Metropolitan area and investing capital for the firm’s funds. Previously, Mr. Lemberg worked in the acquisitions group at The City Investment Fund, a real estate opportunity fund in Manhattan co-sponsored by Fisher Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he was an Associate Analyst in equity research at JP Morgan. Mr. Lemberg earned an MBA at the New York University Stern School of Business and a BA from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Krassen Draganov:

Mr. Draganov is CEO and Co-Founder of Netage Solutions, Inc. in 1998. As the company’s Chief Executive Officer, he leads its management team and defines its vision and long-term strategy. In the three years prior to Netage, Mr. Draganov was the Technology Director at Summit Partners, a leading global private equity and venture capital firm with a capital base in excess of $5 billion and offices in Boston, Palo Alto and London. Prior to Summit, Mr. Draganov ran a desktop publishing company he founded in 1991.
